As proud owners of Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill, residents have the privilege of indulging in the exclusive Banyan Tree signature owner program, “The Sanctuary Club,” which offers discounts and privileges across the Banyan Tree global network.
Mr. Stuart Reading, Managing Director, Group Property Development, Banyan Tree Group, adds, “The burgeoning trend of branded residences in Thailand has seen substantial growth. Khao Yai’s surroundings are quickly emerging as a prime location that has captivated the domestic market for years. The national park is only 200 km from Bangkok and stands out for its mix of nature, adventure, and beautiful weather. Thais have always valued the refreshing contrast it offers to urban Bangkok. At Banyan Tree, our core philosophy aligns closely with this respect for nature, driving sustainable development that adds value to the communities we serve and the partner we work with. We adhere to a triple bottom line encompassing economic viability, societal contribution, and environmental responsibility.”
Each meticulously designed villa of Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill features a spacious three- or four-bedroom layout, expansive living areas, and outdoor decks. Fully furnished and managed as part of the hotel offerings, the villas, with a starting price of 60 million THB provide owners with rental distribution as well as complimentary usage each year. Each villa serves as a private sanctuary, blending the indoors with the outdoors with inventive elements like “disintegrated walls” and sliding louvres. Every bedroom in these villas presents a private courtyard that frames scenic nature views. The tranquil ambiance of each villa is accentuated by interiors mirroring the hues of misty forests. Owners are further indulged with complimentary stays within the Banyan Tree network.
The condominiums, guarantee unmatched privacy, presenting panoramic mountain and lake views. Available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, the condos vary in size from 64 to 295 square meters with a starting price around 15 million THB. Features abound, from a cantilevered swimming pool and sprawling terraces for three-bedroom units to private rooftop terrace in the penthouses. These freehold units, suitable as primary residences or secondary, also provide an optional furniture package as well as optional property management services by Banyan Tree, including rentals and maintenance.
Crafted to meet diverse needs and preferences, Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill is a testament to luxury living. Elaborating on the project, Mr. Reading reveals, “We offer buyers a chance for investment, a second home or a holiday home, in our residential development. Why choose us? Banyan Tree is more than just a brand; it signifies prestige and trust. It offers quality assurance, lifestyle, and amenity-rich living, enhanced by concierge and a la carte hospitality services. Owners enjoy hassle-free property management while preserving long-term resale value.”
Moreover, our signature owner program, The Sanctuary Club, extends a suite of benefits to property owners, including worldwide discounts within the Banyan Tree network, priority waitlists, early check-ins, late check-outs, and exclusive invitations through our Xperential Guest Program. A multi-lingual owner services team and pre-launch offers on new projects enhance the ownership experience. At Banyan Tree, we bring luxury living closer to nature, setting a new benchmark in residential real estate.”
Adding to its charm, the property’s location beside the UNESCO-designated Khao Yai National Park, which covers 2,000 square km. of grasslands and untouched rainforest, offers rich biodiversity and a treasure trove of adventurous activities. The region boasts a moderate climate, with an average annual temperature of 21°C. During May, temperatures typically peak at 26-27°C, while they can dip below 10°C in the colder months of December and January. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the four prominent golf courses nearby. Additionally, the area offers a plethora of leisure activities. Whether the residents are keen on hiking through the national park, bird watching, sipping coffee in themed cafés, stand-up paddle boarding, or kayaking on Creston Hill Lake, there’s something for everyone, all a mere 200 km. from Bangkok.
Benefitting from a fully developed infrastructure that includes underground electrical systems, water supply, fiber optics, roads, drainage, and CCTV surveillance, the development’s air of luxury and exclusivity is further amplified by its proximity to the upscale gated community of Creston Hill Estate. The project’s prime location is set to become even more accessible with the completion of a new freeway, significantly reducing drive time from Bangkok and boosting demand from both domestic and international tourists, and those seeking primary or secondary residences.
Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill anticipates that the majority of buyers will be domestic, supplemented by international buyers as Khao Yai emerges as an internationally recognised destination, aligning perfectly with key property trends in Thailand for 2023. The Thai residential real estate market has been growing steadily, economic growth, and increasing urbanization. Housing markets in six major provinces, including Nakhon Ratchasima, where Khao Yai is located, are set to strengthen between 2023-2025, aided by economic recovery, infrastructure investment, and the anticipated return of foreign tourism to pre-Covid-19 levels by 2025. The Nakhon Ratchasima and Khao Yai property market is buoyed by its role as a regional center and by infrastructure development with projects like a local motorway and high-speed rail link leading to increasing sales of holiday homes.
This ground-breaking project is more than a real estate development; it’s a holistic lifestyle experience that fuses luxury, sustainability, and wellness. Situated next to the scenic Khao Yai National Park and fortified by state-of-the-art infrastructure, the development sets new standards in Thailand and the global real estate and hospitality sectors. Perfectly timed to leverage favorable economic conditions and market trends, the project offers a luxurious lifestyle and a solid investment opportunity underpinned by one of the most branded residence industry’s most trusted names. As Thailand’s property market experiences growth, driven by economic revival and a tourism boom, Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill is positioned to be a milestone development that harmonizes luxury with nature and well-being.
Adds Mr. Chayaditt,“This isn’t just a chance to acquire a luxurious home; it’s an opportunity to invest in a lifestyle of the future where luxury is balanced with nature and wellness.”
