Priced at THB 2,800++ per person, the full experience menu features an array of tantalizing dishes, including:
• Marinated Deep-Fried Pork with Blue Crab, Garlic Glutinous Rice, Ginger, Shallot, Chili, and Peanut
• Golden Puff Beef Massaman Curry
• Chiang Rai Style Spicy Smoked Duck Breast with Dried Chili Paste and Aromatic Herb
• Clear Soup Yellowtail Fish with Roasted Shallot, Garlic, Green Mango, Turmeric, and Coconut Vinegar Juice

Speaking about the menu, Chef Rin expressed her passion for preserving the authenticity of Thai cuisine while adding her own creative flair. “With more than 20 years of experience as a Thai chef, I strive to maintain the original taste and traditional recipes that are rarely found elsewhere,” she shared.
Born and raised in Thailand, Chef Rin’s culinary journey began under the guidance of her grandmothers, both esteemed Thai chefs and pâtissiers. She honed her skills at The Regent Bangkok and later served as Assistant Head Chef at the renowned Siam House Restaurant and Millennium Hilton Bangkok before joining The Sukhothai Bangkok.
