Beau Rivage Palace

LOCATION
Ideally situated on the banks of Lake Geneva, Beau-Rivage Palace is nestled in a natural beauty spot just a stone’s throw away from the centre of Lausanne. Like the neighbouring International Olympic Committee, the palace is an institution in the Ouchy district.

The MAGIC
An oasis of calm in a four hectare large garden. The view onto Lake Geneva and the Alps exudes a unique serenity, as if outside of time.

ROOMS
The bedrooms look out over Lake Geneva or the gardens. A legacy of the generous architecture of the late 19th century, the suites at the Beau-Rivage Palace are notable for their spaciousness. From 100 to 140 m2, each one has a unique colour scheme and its own particular ambience.

Pierre-Yves Rochon oversaw the renovation of all the rooms. He chose many pastel colours and introduced mirror effects so as to bring the calming atmosphere of the lake right into the heart of the 5-star hotel.

DINING
The Beau-Rivage Palace has placed Anne-Sophie Pic at the helm of the kitchens of its fine-dining restaurant. While continuing to preside over her restaurant in Valence (France), the three star Michelin chef has entrusted the realisation of her creations to Paolo Boscaro.

ACTIVITIES
Yoga Classes; pick a spot in the middle of this luxuriant setting to let go and refresh body and mind in the peace and quiet. We offer yoga group lessons in the gardens all summer long.

The Art of Letting Go; we have set up secret, cosy spots throughout the garden, out of sight, where you can read, stroll about, daydream or perhaps calmly plan your future.

WELLNESS & SPA
The Cinq Mondes spa covers more than 1500 m² offers eight treatment rooms, a “Suite de Félicité” for couples with hammam and private garden, a state-of-the-art gym, an indoor and an outdoor pool and two tennis courts.

EVENTS
The grand ballroom (Sandoz room) and eleven lounges / meeting rooms are perfectly equipped to welcome between 10 and 600 people for unforgettable events including conferences, banquets and weddings. Technical equipment is available on request.
